Parker Spencer is one of the most accomplished high performance coaches in the United States, leading elite, U23, junior, age group, off-road, and professional athletes to success on the world stage. His athletes have earned more than 100 World Triathlon podium performances, over ten age group world titles and national championships, multiple Kona qualifications, and a multiple XTERRA Short Track World Championship. He also has coached Paratriathlete, Chris Hammer to a Paralympic Gold Medal in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and a World Triathlon World Championship Title in 2025.

Metabolic Testing
Our metabolic testing measures how your body produces energy across all three triathlon disciplines. By collecting VO2, VCO2, and lactate during swim, bike, and run sessions, we see exactly how your aerobic and anaerobic systems perform in real training conditions.
I am one of the few coaches in the world using a fully portable metabolic cart that allows testing directly on the pool deck, on your bike, and on the run. This gives you true sport specific data without the limitations of a lab.
I test age group athletes, international level cyclists, runners, and triathletes. The combination of gas exchange and lactate identifies your VO2max, VLamax, fat and carbohydrate usage, thresholds, and how fatigue builds in each discipline. This creates a complete metabolic profile that shows what is limiting you and how to improve.
You receive precise training zones, fueling strategies, and clear priorities for your development. Whether your goal is Kona qualification, elite cycling performance, faster run times, or improved triathlon results, this testing gives you unmatched accuracy and direction.
